Cagayan Valley Regional Athletic Association （CAVRAA 2016) was held on 23rd Feb. 2016. CAVRAA 2016 was held by Cagayan Valley Region, and the duration from 23rd Feb. – 29th Feb. 2016.
It was reported that there are seven provinces, eight cities will take participate in the meet including Ilagan city, Tuguegarao city, Cauayan city, Santiago city, Cagayan, Nueva vizcaya, Isabela, Batanes.
